The spacious cardio area in the gym of Tower 2 offers treadmills, exercise bikes and cross-trainers for effective endurance and cardiovascular training. The equipment is ergonomically designed and offers various training programmes that can be individually adapted to achieve optimal results. The range is complemented by a free weights area for muscle and strength building. In addition to dumbbells in different weight classes, there are weight benches to activate all muscle groups.
Comprehensive fitness through functional training
More mobility, strength and coordination
In addition to classic equipment, you can also find professional equipment for functional body training in the gym. The focus is not only on strength or aesthetic goals of muscle building, but in particular on coordination and mobility. Suspension training uses your own body weight and is particularly effective for a holistic workout. There are also areas for floor exercises. Here you can use yoga mats and other aids for stretching and mobility training.
